Murderer or Patsy? Observations from Tyler Robinson's Trial.

Tyler Robinson’s attorney questioned the lead detective today, stating that a video had been turned over to the police, which was taken by an attendee showing a man dressed in black on top of the Losee building. She asked him, ‘Did you see the video?’

Detective: No, he said, ‘I haven’t seen that video.’

That was it. Robinson’s attorney had no follow-up questions, like, why haven’t you bothered to watch a video of the likely shooter? That, to me, is an unbelievable admission of incompetence and ineptitude by the lead detective in a murder investigation, and by Robinson’s attorney. This is a pre-trial hearing. WTF? Has she conceded the pre-trial and is saving all of her good questions for the trial?

She then asked about the paving job at the crime scene ordered days after the murder. The detective shrugged and said he knew nothing about it and only learned of it from the media report. What media report? She asked no follow-up questions at all.

Why didn’t she mention that the contractor stated he was told the Governor & the FBI wanted it done immediately, that the media wouldn’t be notified, and that he had already removed 10 inches of topsoil? Why? Is this not relevant?

This was ordered right after Robinson turned himself in. Why order an emergency paving over of the crime scene? What were they covering up?

This seems too important not to follow up with known facts, like, when you found out about this emergency paving job, didn’t it occur to you to find out why the Governor and the FBI wanted an emergency paving job at Charlie Kirk’s crime scene?’We still don’t know who at UVU or the state of Utah ordered this paving job and why. Did the defense subpoena the paving contractor? How about UVU’s President or their head of maintenance? If not, why not?

The prosecutor said Mr. Robinson ran across the roof, Mr. Robinson jumped from the roof, and Mr. Robinson ran toward the parking lot. Why no objection from Mr. Robinson’s attorney? Isn’t his guilt yet to be determined? I’ve yet to see a single video proving that we are seeing Tyler Robinson in any of them.

The state’s own witness confirmed it in open court.

What they DO have, in their words:

a figure who can’t be identified by the video, goes to the roof, low crawls to the edge, and leaves “after what we assume is the shot being fired.” 👀

Just like the Trump shooting in Butler Pennsylvania, (Which seems more like a staged event every day) a man dressed in black laying on his belly on the corner of the Losee Center roof was seen and filmed before Charlie Kirk was shot. Why wasn’t the event stopped immediately? Was that man a decoy/distraction? See that video here:

Candace Owens pointed out that the person walking in the video they are presenting is very clearly a TALL person, well above 6 feet. It shows man that looks to be 6’2 minimally. Possibly 6’3. No way that is Tyler Robinson, who is 5’10.

BREAKING: Officer Chris Bagley testified that his bodycam battery died while he was on the roof immediately after Charlie Kirk was shot. What, no backup battery? Another convenient camera failure, just like the Epstein cameras failing and the guards falling asleep. Bodycam batteries will usually get a cop through a full shift, 12-14 hours. Why was his battery dead in the morning? They really think we’re stupid!

THE SCREWDRIVER SAGA from CNN and Sam Parker on X @BasedSamParker

1. On September 11, CNN originally reported the screwdriver was found near the rifle on Palantir’s property.

2. On September 15, Kash Patel went on national TV and changed the story, saying it was found on the roof and had Tyler Robinson’s DNA, thus linking him to the alleged crime scene. Robinson’s boyfriend and roommateLance Twigg’s DNA was also on the screwdriver and the towel the gun was wrapped in. There is no screwdriver in the rooftop photos.

3. September 16, the Indictment of Tyler Robinson omits any mention of this alleged critical piece of evidence. In fact, neither the charging document nor the affidavit of probable cause mentions the screwdriver. The ONLY piece of evidence that could even allegedly connect Tyler to the crime scene was left out of ALL DOCUMENTS.

4. Yesterday, we found out that out that officer Bagley took 21 minutes to get to the Losee Center roof and that his body cam died literally as he got there and captured no footage of anything on the roof.

5. Another person with a badge was with him on the roof, but he didn’t know that person and never got a name.

6. No police radio chatter of the original roof search mentions any screwdriver. The screwdriver ended up in FBI custody, an agency we are told has no involvement, or should have no involvement in this case.

FBI Director Kash Patel told Assistant National Security Director Joe Kent to stop looking into foreign involvement in this case, in a heated exchange, according to witnesses.

What are we supposed to think at this point?

Testimony was heard that Tyler Robinson arrived at 8:30 am on 9/10, walked to the quad area, and made contact with TPUSA reps. And then his car is seen on a Ring camera at 12:30 am on 9/11, but the homeowner says it was driven by a bald man who had three others in the car. See this short video:

Also, the footage of Tyler Robinson entering the Police station to turn himself in has vanished. The Utah police claim they have no idea what happened to it. I have an idea that something in that video was exculpatory or debunked something in their timeline.

Don’t forget the jury has yet to be selected, and the jury pool is likely watching this hearing or will hear about it. If I were the defense attorney, I would present as much information which would put as much doubt in potential jurors’ minds as possible. Why is that not being done?
