Celebrate this 250th Fourth of July with a second “Declaration of Independence” … but this time from Israel.

SOTN Editor’s Note: In our estimation, there is no more important endeavor toward reclaiming the sovereignty and defending the territorial integrity of the American Republic than the U.S. Federal Government completely terminating any and all relationships, official and otherwise, with the Zionist state of Israel.
That Israel has evolved into an extremely dangerous mortal enemy of the United States of America is no longer subject to any debate whatsoever. As follows:

Both the assassination of Charlie Kirk by Israel, as well as the exceedingly brazen and reckless instigation of the 2026 Iran War, are perhaps the straws that broke the camel’s back where it concerns the malicious Zionist perfidy and ill will toward the American people.
The Khazarian Barbarians Take Off Theirs Masks
Truly, Trump’s Zionist overlords in Tel Aviv have been outed as never before as the great awakening has occurred throughout the American body politic. And once a critical mass of the U.S. citizenry understands that Israel is their most treacherous arch-enemy, everything changes in a day and a night. Hopefully that tipping point will take place on this most momentous United States Semiquincentennial.
In light of the following irrefutable reality, why would the USA want to have any association with the Zionist state of Israel?!

The US needs a second Declaration of Independence, this time from Israel
See many similarities between the current US/Israel relationship and the pre-Revolutionary relationship between the American colonies and Britain. Many of the grievances outlined in the Declaration of Independence are echoed today, and it is a time for a new one.
I want to be clear that I am talking about the Israeli government, pro-Israel political organizations, and supporters of the Israeli government’s policies. I am not talking about Jewish people as a whole, who are a diverse group with a wide range of views on Israel and its government.
One of the most famous colonial grievances concerned taxation and political representation. Today, the United States sends billions of taxpayer dollars to Israel despite polling that often shows substantial public opposition. Defenders of the relationship might argue that Americans elect representatives who make these decisions. Never mind the inherently unrepresentative nature of the American government, pro-Israel lobbying organizations spend significant amounts of money attempting to influence elections and public policy.
Additionally, many laws are passed intended to silence criticism of Israel. And we see our democratically elected leaders from both parties often “caving” to Netanyahu at the negotiation table.
One might say that much of this influence comes not from the Israeli government itself but from American citizens who support Israel and exercise their political rights. However, from my perspective, these individuals are analogous to colonial loyalists who supported continued alignment with British interests. The fact that influence is exercised through domestic actors rather than purely from abroad does not necessarily invalidate the comparison.
Another argument is that the United States and Israel are partners with aligned interests, and therefore the United States is not being influenced against its will. I think that may accurately describe some members of the political and economic elite. However, I am less convinced that the average American benefits from the relationship to the same degree. For example, military conflicts in the Middle East (including the war in Iran) that are perceived by many Americans as being connected to Israeli security interests can impose costs on the United States in the form of military spending, heightened security risk, higher gas prices, and loss of American troops’ lives.
My view depends on the premise that Israel exerts a significant degree of influence over American politics and policymaking. If that is true, then I believe the relationship begins to resemble historical cases in which a population felt that important decisions were being shaped by foreign interests that did not fully align with their own. I recognize that the analogy is imperfect, as no two independence movements are identical.
My claim is that Israel exhibits a large amount of negative influence over the American people, and severing the relationship would require people to usurp Israeli power in a way that mirrors historical independence movements.
To change my view, you would need to convince me of one of the following:
That the degree of Israeli influence over American politics falls well below what would be required to make comparisons to previous independence movements meaningful, potentially including the American Revolution.
That the relationship between the United States and Israel provides substantial benefits to ordinary Americans that outweigh the concerns I have raised.
That severing the relationship with Israel can be done in a way that does not mirror a historical independence movement.
