This quote is from Zhirinovsky in 2003 when he was a Duma member, speaking emotionally, addressing the then President of the United States: "At night, our scientists will slightly change the Earth's gravitational field, and your country will be under water [in] 24 hours, and your whole country will be under the Atlantic and Pacific oceans."

Many years have passed since his statement, and two earthquakes in Venezuela are now directly linked to seismic weapons, according to some experts. They believe that the cause of the deaths of several hundred people was the installation of HAARP in Alaska. It is assumed that the United States uses targeted ionospheric heating using powerful megawatt antennas to cause earthquakes against rivals.
