The longer he (Trump) stays, the worse the situation gets around the world. And when I say stays, I mean, maintaining these forces in a posture to attack Iran. But if he leaves he admit defeat. And it's back ... to facing humiliation abroad [and] humiliation at home. What's the right way for him to behave? And I am telling everybody that's on humanitarian grounds it makes no sense to continue this war. This hurts the whole world; we did not set out when we began this war to harm the world. And the quickest way to help the world is to suspend all further military operations at this time against Iran. But he has got a lot of irons in the fire right now and again I do not know how much control he exerts... The intelligence agencies are heavily engaged in all of this. They're involved all over the region working on various proxies they want to prop up and hurl at Iran. - And here is the other part, nobody is paying much attention to this: There is two giant states that are very interested in what is going on right now. And it's becoming very clear, very close, to stepping over the line from observer to participant. One of course is the Turks, and the Turks are the six hundred pound gorilla in the room in the region. They are larger and a more powerful force than what you have in Iran. And they have always had access to a nuclear weapon through Pakistan. They always know that if they needed one...
