Sorry, My Error.

I check on product reviews also. My problem is with the delivery trucks and amazon, they too often destroy products by bouncing and tossing packages in their trucks so glass items break and destroy the entire package.

When trying to get correct info as to what happened to your delivery the response is also not accurate. They just keep on posting your items are coming and sorry they are late.

I've added email for anyone who would still like to respond. I was just wondering how many other folks were having similar issues or if my issue is unique due to being in a rural area.

Anyway I posted this out of frustration after waiting 12 days for a package that never came and is still showing today on the site as will be delivered, after spending too much time yesterday on the phone with Amazon to get a refund.
As someone with years of customer service experience all I can say is their chat bot is also useless...ugh!
