If life is but a dream
Then we are in a sort of sleep paralysis
Being guided by our higher self

To wake up we row our boat gently up the stream
Which is the current of plasma flowing through the center of the world

It is a fun and merrily occasion

Dreams are your aspirations and concerns
They are revelations of your deeper inner being
The dream journey is all about getting to know yourself

Each person who enters your dream
Is a whisper from the universe

Whether they pleased you or annoyed you
They shaped you

Some triggered your awakening
Some tested your self worth
Some taught you how to let go with grace
And to finally choose yourself

What part of you did they activate
And what part of you do you still need to integrate

Face your darkness
And own your light
Bring them into harmony

Observe the hidden program within yourself
See it clearly and completely
And it will lose its grip on you

Enough observation without judgement will make it dissolve
Watch the program run until it becomes a visible pattern that can be changed
It will lose its automatic pattern and will stop being you

Hold the version of you that you are becoming
Even before external evidence exists

Your biology will start changing
And your gene expression will shift

Your nervous system will rewire
And the outer world will begin to follow

Generate the feeling of attainment
Then let reality catch up
And reorganize itself around your new signal

As you assign to yourself a higher frequency
You get redirected

This is your energetic upgrade
Your rebirth

Step out of the past and into your power
No longer hang on to the ghosts of what could have been
Choose the new you

Your pain was preparation
A life of comfort puts your focus on materialism
A ruptured life lets light in

Get to know your wholeness
And how sacred your presence is

As your mirror attracts light
Other whole souls will come into your life to celebrate you

If you believe you are not good enough
If you pray from a state of lack
That is what the universe will reflect back

Wanting is not being
If you accept you are not worthy
The quantum field will arrange itself around your decree of not having arrived yet

Reality is a field of potential
And you exist in a realm of enormous possibility

The universe is a participatory existence
Where you co create
You are not separate from the reality you are living

Particles organize only when observed
Reality depends on someone paying attention to it

The world records your emotional reactions
Then broadcasts them as your life experiences
The signal you are sending out is your internal state

Your frequency determines the version of the world that you are tuned into
And your perception is filtered through the frequency you broadcast

Many realities are happening simultaneously
They merge and get superimposed into a collective one

Your nervous system is shaped by your dominant thoughts and emotional baseline
Which is the result of your beliefs and expectations

Know thyself
Be cognizant of the real you buried under years of cultural programming
That said you were not enough
That judged you on how well you play an assigned character

There is nothing more magnetic than someone who shows up fully as themselves
Where actions come from genuine feelings

Be so secure in your authentic value
That you do not need a performance

Your sensitivity is your superpower in disguise
Your imagination is your portal to the frequency of your higher self
