The nature of our socioeconomic culture makes it a conflict of interest for the medical field to do things that dramatically improve people's health. Your doctor isn’t a bad person; they’ve just been brainwashed into a system run by a handful of very rich people who only care about profits. It’s called “business.”

Once you get that, you open yourself to the sunshine outside your front door, where holistic health experts have dedicated their lives to learning and teaching what really restores and maintains health. There’s a universe of knowledge and guidance available to you once you look in the right places.

I’ve got a rare wealth of experience in this realm, from diet to chi gong for longevity to Taoist practices to reduce stress to psychology training in how to be happier.
