SO, let's get straight to it, the tick problem is a super easy one to solve and there is no way that "they/them" doing it could ever prepare to combat this technique to get rid of them en-masse.

Anybody remember a little book called SECRETS OF THE SOIL 1989 by Christopher Bird and Peter Tompkins?

Well as funny as it is in this book, it shows a method called RADIONNICS in the Towers of Power chapter 21 as well as the Cosmiculture Chapter 22 right after the one mentioned above, that was used to get rid of pests in a wide area, essentially the area the resonance covers which depending on the device can be miles - hundreds of miles.

Conveniently it reportedly can also control local weather, boost crop production immensely among many other great things,

It's not that different from Edmund Rife and his zapper machine, except this uses more geometric resonance then probes and electricity.
