If I had the money, which is only a few million dollars and not very much money after all, I would put together a community for The Readers and kindred spirits. The basic theme (because you have to keep it simple) is that one practices The Presence of God and shares that presence with others. That presence, insofar as it can be defined or described, would be Higher Love.

I have come to understand that God’s Will is done, whether you can see it or not, and despite whether you agree with the shape it takes, or not, and regardless of any opposition… no matter how seemingly powerful, God’s Will is done, so I don’t hunger for anything. My hungers are something to master, not to exercise indiscriminately. I learned this through binge periods of indiscriminate behavior. (grin)

I’ve learned what happens when you do This, and you don’t do That. I’ve learned what happens when you push buttons… when you act out and don’t act out. I’ve seen the futility of going against the cosmic grain, insisting on being recognized, scamming and conniving on any level or plane of action, competing for attention, demanding the stage in ANY theater of operations. Many things I did not do because I was better than that. Not always, but more often than not.
