MAKE AMERICA WAIT AGAIN:
The Historic, Total, and Utter Failure to Get Anything Done

ARKANSAS – In a stunning display of consistency that historians will one day study alongside the fall of Rome and the invention of paint watching, the MAGA movement, and Republicans in general, have once again proven they are the undisputed champions of promising the moon and delivering nothing. In 2023, campaign rallies echoed with thunderous vows to “drain the swamp,” expose the truth, and lock up the deep state. Now moving into the second year of the second Trump Administration, the movement’s second act has managed to deliver the second most spectacular national let down in modern American history. (The first? “Read my lips: No new taxes.)

Consider these spectacular non-accomplishments:

The Epstein Fiasco: After years of “tic tok assholes” chants and breathless assurances that the full client list would finally see daylight, the files remain as buried as Epstein. (Assuming the Conspiracy Crowd is wrong and he actually is dead.) Not a single high-profile name has been dragged into the light. Not one. The black book stays black. The island stays unraided. The troves of documents? Still redacted into oblivion. It’s gotten to the point where even the criminal media and MAGA-hating Democrats are offended by the complete lack of movement.

UFO Disclosure: Remember the “we’re going to tell you everything” pledges? Well, here we are, still staring at the sky, looking for clouds shaped like animals, all the while wondering if those tic-tac images are really Chinese weather balloons, alien tourists, or just blurry, pixellated, bigfoot videos of more broken promises. Years of briefings, hearings, and “trust the plan” later, we know exactly as much as we did in 2020: nothing. The greatest cover-up in human history remains comfortably covered up. Thank the CIA for the lack of transparency.

Zero Criminal Indictments: Despite endless memes, chants of “lock her up,” and solemn vows to prosecute the intelligence community coup plotters, we now stand at the threshold of a dark chasm filled with smashed phones, burned paperwork and bleach-bitted servers. Those FBI, DOJ, and other alphabet agency criminals who spied, lied, and leaked their way through the last decade of Trump Hate are comfortably enjoying their retirements with full pensions and zero indictments. Not one. The same crew that weaponized government against citizens is sipping margaritas on a sunny beach while the promised reckoning seems to have turned into a gigantic, government-wide group hug.

The JFK Files: When the latest tranche of JFK assassination documents finally dropped and multiple analysts pointed out clear evidence of more than one shooter, Congress responded with an amazingly enthusiastic reaction: a barely stifled yawn. No emergency hearings. No special counsel. No outrage. Just the collective darn-the-bad-luck shrug from a body that has perfected the art of pretending it doesn’t see what everyone else does. The movement that swore it would “release everything” looked at the evidence and, well, just quit.

We were told we would see results. Instead we got “Make America Wait Again.” This has go to be one of the most successful rebrandings of inaction in political history. “The storm is coming” somehow turned into “please hold while while we transfer your call to an AI agent because we really don’t want to talk to you.”

The American people… well, *sigh*, we’re still waiting.
