Neverhadaboss.com updates on the insane world of money and power . . .
By Erik Wallbank - March 3, 2026
I recall my friend in Chile telling me that many Israelis came there and they were the rudest people he’d ever met. This morning, my handyman friend balanced the scales by telling me that Muslims are animals and he cited a memory he had to prove it. For each friend, the same principle applies: your anecdotes do not tell the whole story. To understand what’s gong on in Iran, we have to know the history.
In one of his few worthwhile acts, Obama made an agreement with Iran (JCPOA), to avoid going to war, assuring Iran would not develop a nuclear arsenal. The agreement called for renouncing nuclear weapons, with Iran agreeing to enrich uranium only at necessary levels for medical needs. This was possible as Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei had renounced nuclear weapon, in 2003 - as being anti Muslim. As weapons inspector, Scott Ritter, tells it, Iran stuck to the treaty fastidiously - abiding by the rules. The agreement was ratified by UN Security Council - along with Germany.
Then 1st term Trump, advised by John Bolton, tore up the agreement and the intermediate range nuclear treaty. Vladimir Putin describes what happened:
"Iran fulfilled all of its obligations under the well known nuclear deal. All of them. There can be no complaints against Iran. Then U.S. President Trump unilaterally decided to withdraw from the agreement, while the Europeans were saying, Yes, it’s bad that the Americans have withdrawn, but you Iranians must comply with everything. I apologize if this sounds a bit rude, but what the hell are the Iranians supposed to comply with?".
What was Iran supposed to comply with this time? Iran was negotiating with Trump in good faith - again not realizing it was dealing with a faithless US, until it came clear this attack was planned last December 25th - when the pieces began to assemble. These were not negotiations because the US (this time Trump), doesn’t negotiate - It’s our way or the highway. Just as it happened in June, Iran was in continuing negotiations when they were hit. But this time was worse. On the previous day of negotiating, Iran had agreed to give up all enrichment and get rid of what they had - but it didn’t matter. The plan had been laid - not subject to change. Even if Iran, at the next session had agreed to get rid of its ballistic missiles (leaving itself bare to a ruthless Israel), and agreed to end proxy agreements with Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis, it would not have mattered.
For 40 years, Netanyahu had his dream to take take down the only obstacle in his desire for conquest/control of the entire Middle East (from the river to the sea - a statement originating with Israel - later used by the Arabs - but authored by Israel). There was no peaceful way out for Iran - they were caught up in a vicious circle of psychopaths. Netanyahu’s malady speaks for itself, while Trump, a bit more nuanced speaks nothing but lies. It would be interesting to understand why Trump so clearly hates Iran.
What Trump demanded from Iran was proof positive they would not build a bomb, but he had that. What else was motivating him? How about the same thing that motivates most all 535 members of Congress. They are bought and sold by Israel. Consider Chuck Schumer delaying the vote on taking back ‘war powers’ from Trump - for a week. Conveniently, this allowed Trump the time attack Iran - and for him to call it war. Is Trump owned by Netanyahu - if so why? Beyond needing the money to win midterms, was Epstein working for Bibi? When Bibi shows up in the Oval Office is he there to remind Trump that he has the goods on him - lest he forget who is the boss?
And another thing, Trump’s foremost goal is to subdue/contain China. For that he needs (more than an independent Taiwan), that Iran be broken. All lines of China’s Belt/Road meet in Iran, so Iran must suffer regime change - and become a vassal state of Israel. My friend who hates Muslims (as with most Americans), gets his news from the networks - where the establishment narrative runs amok. There, we see hundreds of protesters celebrating the death of Khamenei, but what we don’t see in hundreds of thousands (millions?) of Iranians mourning the death of their leader. Surely they had issues with him, but not compared to taking a knee to the infidel, Trump. Iranians, suffering 43 years of crippling US sanctions since they deposed the Shah - are in no mood to capitulate. The Supreme Leader was sought out/killed in the 1st wave - but he wasn’t hard to find. Suffering from illness, he never left his residence - choosing to die a martyr. Killing him was far worse than Trump killing beloved General Soleimani. Khamenei was (next to Ali Sistani), the most beloved figure in the Muslim world - like the Pope, and when Trump targeted him, he set a course to end his presidency - and likely our republic.
Trump made a speech to accompany the commencement of hostilities - lies that Israel attacked first and Trump had to back them:
“Our objective is to defend the American people by eliminating a viscous Iranian regime, whose menacing activity threatens the American people, our troops, and our allies around the world."
As Trump’s intelligence team indicated, Iran in no way threatens the US. Iran’s the world’s number one state sponsor of terror. The world’s number 1 sponsor of terror is shared - US/Israel. Murdered tens of thousands of his own people in the streets. Less than 3000 - mostly killed by Western proxies. They can never have a nuclear weapon. Don’t want one. They would not make a deal - rejected every opportunity to make a deal. There was no deal to be made with lying devils. They were 2 weeks from a bomb in 1990. Netanyahu has had Iran weeks away from a bomb for 40 years. We are going to annihilate their navy and make it so they cannot support their proxies. Iran’s proxies are any who support sovereign, non-colonial values.
There is no military on earth that can stand up to the United States. This regime will soon learn that no one should challenge the might of the US armed forces. Sadly, we are closing in on that being tested. ’We may have casualties. That often happens in war.’ It’s not a war. Congress declares war - this is aggression. It is a noble mission. Only missed it by 2 letters - ignoble. No president was willing to do what I’m doing tonight. Thank god for that. Now is the time to seize control. Iran/China/Russia might just do that. There’s so much going on.
A close friend drove hundreds of miles to buy silver in the mid $90’s. Now, with silver now closer to $80 - let’s watch the price of silver after another year of DJ Trump.
