I know there are many who do not follow Galactic updates, but this planetary update is for each person's own discernment. There are multiple reasons to keep your frequency high at this time. In this case,you can't be uploaded to the rescue ships if your frequency is low. Also, if you are planning on seeking a MedBed treatment, it won't even open to you if your frequency is too low. Lastly, there is the matter of the solar flashes. Those of low frequency will be left here in the 3D dystopian timeline, rather than getting out of 3D and into a wonderful new 5D timeline. Just sayin'!!! Also, please note that Ashtar says that the nuclear arsenals have been deactivated - the Galactics will never allow humanity to threaten the safety of the rest of creation with their nuclear games and foolishness!!!
