The majority of Americans, let alone the world, have a hard time accepting Trump's justifications for attacking Iran. He said that Iran is working on a nuclear bomb, that its rockets pose a threat to the USA, and that it is planning imminent attacks. These are threats to Israel but not to the USA.

So Trump has exposed himself as a tool for Israel. He is telling the world that MIGA (Making Israel Great Again) is more important than MAGA (Making America Great Again).

But Why is Israel so gungho for destroying Iran??? The verbal insults Israel and Iran throw at each other do not explain it. The spy versus spy does not explain it. So what is so particular about Iran???

The 78 year oppression of the Palestinian people find few support among the powerful nations. The Europeans, the oil rich Arab monarchies, the USA and its 5 Eyes Allies, all strongly support Israel. Russia and China have some sympathy but don't want to get involved. The Global South have sympathy but are powerless and have no media representation. So are the Palestinians totally alone. No!!! Iran and its allies, Hezbollah, and Shia sects support the Palestinians. The Palestinians are Sunni but are shunned by the powerful Sunni monarchies. So Iran and its allies are basically the only people left in the world that will speak up for justice. But justice will not serve Isreal well in its quest for regional domination.

Now you know why Israel wants Iran dead. Iran is basically the only nation and group that is calling out Israel for its oppression, its injustice and its quest for regional domination.
