Satan was never evil, she and her "minions" are not in the game and have not been for a while now. Satan (female side of Soul atom Satanuk) made the mistake of taking Lucifer's denied manifesto to the outer worlds, only in this local universe in the 7th super universe.

The Draconian reptiles and a lot of the grey were highly regressed at this time, took those works and are the ones NOW doing the child sacrifice stuff, etc.

Lucifer and Satan never actually did anything "evil" but they were made scapegoats by the Draconian+Grey alliance.

All this "evil" literally in all of creation exists in our local universe. No where else, here. To wonder how bad things were here, we are the top %10 of the worst. Imagine being lower where the light has not fully reached yet and if you don't make it here now in Aquarius then you incarnate on the other worlds where you only have 5 animal senses again.

What that means is no Intuition, no ESP, no higher senses at all

Although I will not do the work for you and point out the exact Starrgram and paragraph, I can only show the way with absolute certainty that if someone actually takes effort in looking you will find the answer.

If we pay attention to the Beginning of Aquarian Christ teachings (mentioned below), what is actually the beginning of revelations as the higher dimensional call it.
