Everyone Needs to Know This

Walmart is under the consumer gun again. This video needs to be heard by everyone. Meat prices are already off the scale. (pun intended) But, you aren’t even getting the poundage it says on the label. I’m also questioning Aldi hams. I paid over $26.00 for one of those prepackaged, pre-sliced hams. From now on when I buy meat, I will weigh it first instead of just throwing it in my cart. I am even going to re-weigh the meat the butcher cuts for me at home. I have a very accurate scale. If I find out that they are also overcharging, it will be an unhappy time at Fareway as well.

How many Walmarts are there? As expensive as meat is already, we have to deal with crooked suppliers too? Years ago some butchers were caught laying a finger on the scale as they weighed the meat. Some things just don’t change.

In this video, one of the suppliers of these packaged hams was Kentucky Legend. But, there are others. The manager at this Walmart said they don’t weigh the meat they purchase, but since they buy it wholesale and sell it retail, the Waltons, already obscenely wealthy, are raking in millions more and taking it out of the pockets of people just scraping by.

What about Cosco, Sam’s Club and anywhere else these pre-packaged, pre-weighed products are sold?
