There are a few things that need to be said here, and a few points that seem to be totally overlooked by most of the commentators covering this situation.

First off, there is the weather! In this country’s history when have you ever seen massive – I mean tens of thousands of protestors – out protesting anything when the air temperature is hovering around -20 degrees Fahrenheit? With wind chill temperatures even colder than that? Protests happen in nice weather, not arctic cold so sever that frost bite can happen in mere minutes. Think about that!

The people of the twine cities are so angry, and do put off, by these invading thugs that they are willing to demonstrate in temperatures that would cause two thirds of the people of this nation to hover around their heater vent. And it isn’t just a radical fringe group either – look at the pictures! These are normal people! People who have had enough of being pushed around, their constitutional rights trampled on, and their city and state invaded by an army of mask wearing thugs.

I am retired now, and live about 80 miles north of where all of this is happening, but I used to live and work down there, and I know the area and the people, and to suggest that this is some kind of paid insurrection driven by neo-communists and professional agitators, etc;. etc, is both wrong and frankly, it is insulting! And furthermore, to suggest that it is because outstate agitators from other parts of the country are organizing it fails to point out that most of the ICE agent thugs are also out of state invaders! They don’t live here. They don’t care about these cities, or the people – they only care about intimidating, assaulting, and outright killing people who protest their barbaric tactics, and actions.

And before anyone thinks that I am some kind of liberal democrat or something, I voted for this abomination that occupies the White House three times. I was duped, along with millions of others, into believing that he would be different, that he would actually try to “Make America Great Again”. Boy was I wrong about that!

My last point here is simple; if we don’t demand that congress get off of is ass, and reign in this raging mad man, then we are facing a building catastrophe the likes of which none of us has ever seen. Besides getting us into endless – and foolish – wars, like the soon coming attack on Iran, and the vile absurdity of the United States Navy becoming the new “pirates of the Caribbean” – he is moving us closer and closer to actual civil unrest and possible civil war. Just imagine what is going to happen in the spring, or next summer, if these thugs continue. Not just here in the Twin Cities, but all across the nation.

At this point the right and wrong of it all is becoming less and less important, what is evolving here is polarized hatred, and you can’t control that with brute force.
