My comments on the situation in Minnesota:
Here are the facts, the guy was filming the ICE agents with his cell phone and was told to back away, which he did until he was against a wall. An agent then took him down and they sprayed him with mace and handcuffed him. He had a legally carried gun that they removed from his waist. At no time did he reach for his gun. After he was handcuffed and on the ground in the heat of the moment someone yelled out "gun" and the agents started firing on him, 12 times.
There is a mob mentality in the area that are confronting agents as they have been gathering up illegals to be deported. The area for many generations has been a strong union area partly because of the iron mines. The communist and left wing ideas are prevalent in Unions. This is the same area where the drug addict was killed when being arrested a few years ago, and that instigated the massive riots and burning down of buildings.
There are paid communist change agents in these crowds inciting violence against ICE agents. Mistakes are being made on both sides of the issue. The ICE agents are using heavy handed tactics that at times are brutal and inhumane. The mob is also instigating violence against agents trying to do their job. The communists are trying to create chaos to destroy America from within.
The democrats have been complicit in helping illegals invade the US and create funding for them, which is all illegal.
The truth is there is a better way to handle this problem, which starts at the top by enforcing laws against employers that employ illegals, and stopping politicians and NGOs from funding the invasion of the US.
But going to schools to abduct children of illegals is not the answer. To arrest illegals in a car and leave a child in the cold in the back seat alone is not the answer.
Many of these desperate people have come to America seeking a way to survive and work. They should be helped in a pathway to citizenship. The illegals that are known criminals must be rounded up and removed. Those that are here and don't work but live on government welfare should be removed. But the process needs to be refined and efficient so abuses can be eliminated. These heavy handed tactics which come from the corrupt Trump regime is not the answer.
People that go out to cuss at and harass armed agents are asking to be dealt with in a direct and harsh way. The communist agents want that kind of confrontation, and they don't care how many in the mob get hurt, arrested or killed.
There are legal ways to deal with these things through the courts, voting and grand juries. Now the mob in that area and many other cities nationwide are worked up into a frenzy where they will start burning down buildings, cars and shooting at police and ICE agents. This will not end well, and will cause the government to announce martial law and the gathering of firearms.
The tide is turning against Trump and he will not be in power forever. People need to stay out of harm's way and not get involved in any mob activity where rational thinking is set aside and raw, unchecked emotions run high. Keep in mind that the majority of the protestors are left wing liberals, communists, paid change agents. Don't listen to their leftist propaganda, it can get a person killed. George Eaton
