Which means send it BACK!!!!! Then YOU, THE PUBLIC ARE LITERALLY AT THE MERCY OF MORE TYRANNY than has ever been inflicted upon humanity. Other than making us buy FREAKING CAR INSURANCE!!!!! Oh!
