The Premise: The constitution was never meant to be complicated.

Complicated is that which would cause undue or unnecessary interruption to the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of a reasonable person of average intelligence as judged by such person.

The union is created into existence to protect the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of the citizens of the republic.

Government is instituted under the union as a public service to facilitate the force and authority of the union at the material level.

Government as a public service is staffed by elected, appointed and hired public servants. This is a voluntary servant class by contract.

The granting of the artificial corporate personhood privilege by government in public service capacity must be in keeping with the protected exercise of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness by the citizenry of the republic which is the master class. The master class is superior to the servant class.

The corporation is the servant fiction of a servant fiction. It should be expected to grovel at the feet of the citizenry in return for the privilege of it's existence. It must provide tangible benefit to the citizenry to justify its existence. Neither the Premise nor the constitution allows it to exist for its own sake independent of benefit to citizenry.

Simple insubordination should be dealt with harshly. Greater insubordination and sedition and treason should result in extreme penalty for officers, owners and voting shareholders and in destruction of the entity, all done with perfect prejudice.

The corporation is an artificial person. It has no moral compass. Those who control the fiction are more than often infected with institutional pathologies. The corporation must be consciously and constantly perceived as an abomination and a threat to the lives of the citizenry of the republic.

This is a proper attitude for the citizen of the republic with regard to the enlivened corporate fiction no matter what that fiction might be.

In the moment that you extend human considerations to the corporation it will begin killing you. That is the nature of the beast. It exists to feed and nothing more.
