I have wondered this for some time - Are the Galactic Alliance waiting for souls to be awakened that are without souls and can NOT EVER be awakened??!! Thus, are they waiting for us to awaken more souled beings than is possible, and thus delaying the Awakening/Shift??!! The entries in the DropBox link are very interesting on this topic.
