French Government Falls After Putin Proclaims “Frenchmen, Come To Me!”

A riveting new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin mockingly proclaimed after his major speech at the Valdai Forum last week: “Frenchmen, come to me!...Rally around me, I will lead you to victory...Like Napoleon”, says this mocking proclamation served as reminder to the French peoples about how Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte whipped them into a frenzy to attack Russia, that led to a crushing defeat and the bankruptcy of France.

Like during the times of Emperor Napoleon, this report notes, the French peoples are again being whipped into a war frenzy against Russia at the same time their country has the highest percentage of government spending in the world at 57% of GDP and French government debt is 400% of GDP—is a France nearing bankruptcy because it keeps spending on war instead of its own under socialist siege peoples—and are grave facts explaining why French Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu announced his resignation today less than 12 hours after appointing a new cabinet, and who had only been in office for 27 riot filled days.

While watching the French government fall because it cares more about war with Russia than its own suffering citizens, this report continues, Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico declared to his peoples: “The goal of the foreign policy of the Slovak Republic, of the government of the Slovak Republic, of which I am the prime minister, is not the defeat of the Russian Federation...Our goal is to end the war in Ukraine as soon as possible...War is not a solution...If the EU spent as much energy on peace as it does on supporting the war in Ukraine, the war could have been over long ago”.

After meeting with the warmongering leaders of the socialist European Union, this report details, it caused Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic to grimly warn: “No one is preparing for negotiations...Everyone is just looking to see who will be on which side...They are digging trenches and preparing for the start of war...They know that war is near and they are preparing for it”—a grim warning joined by Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik most gravely observing: “EU elites are close to madness...They see everything through the lens of militarization and spreading of fear...They have destroyed all the advantages that Western Europe once offered”.

The fear being spread by the actually insane socialist European Union leaders wanting war with Russia like Emperor Napoleon, this report notes, include Russian ships destroying undersea cables and Russian drones terrorizing Norwegian airports—but is war propaganda scaremongering joined by truthful articles like “Finland Court Drops Case Against Russian 'Shadow Fleet' Crew Accused Of Undersea Cable Damage” and “Three Germans Arrested In Norway Over Drone Incident”.

In viewing the long list of Russia scaremongering war propaganda put out by the socialist European powers, this report continues, top Kremlin media analyst Kirill Strelnikov hilariously revealed today: “Russians are ready to use the sun itself in their dirty games...One of the most famous Western think tanks, the Royal United Services Institute for Defense Studies, exposed another insidious Russian plan in July this year in its report Unnatural Disasters: Russia's Next Front Line in Hybrid Warfare...This time, the Russians want to harm the free world through "solar geoengineering": by injecting aerosols into the stratosphere and brightening sea clouds, Russia can "artificially slow the rise in global temperatures by reducing the amount of sunlight reaching the Earth's surface", which in turn, "undermines agriculture and critical infrastructure"...The report, however, contains a note that “at the moment there is no public evidence that the Kremlin plans to use solar geoengineering technologies as a weapon or is even considering such a possibility”””.

Should the warmongering socialist European powers really want to know about who is injecting aerosols into the stratosphere, this report concludes, they can ask United States Congressman Thomas Massie, who just posted the announcement: “Best thing about government shutdowns...no chemtrails”.
