California Refinery Attacked After Trump Warns Congress Of Non-International Armed Conflict

A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin gave a major speech on international issues at the Valdai Forum yesterday, says in remarks following his speech, he warned about the grave dangers of the United States providing long-range Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine—and was warning quickly followed by the news: “The U.S. is unlikely to provide Ukraine with Tomahawk long-range cruise missiles, Reuters reported on Oct. 2, citing an unnamed U.S. official and three other sources familiar with the discussion”.

Also in his remarks, this report notes, President Putin branded as piracy France seizing a ship in neutral waters that was transporting Russian oil—and was designation of piracy on the high seas followed by the news: “An oil tanker detained by the French Navy while sailing from Russia has resumed its journey...According to MarineTraffic, the Benin-flagged ‘Boracay’ is now crossing the Bay of Biscay on its way to the Suez Canal after being released on Thursday evening”.

While watching the socialist European colonial powers vacillate between exclaiming Russia is weak and can’t even fight Ukraine, but is so strong Russian hoards are about to overrun all NATO countries, this report continues, President Putin advised during his speech yesterday: “EU leaders keep repeating the nonsense mantra that Russia is going to attack NATO countries...Honestly, all I want to say is: relax, sleep well, or address your own issues”.

Most certainly not relaxing or sleeping well, this report details, is President Donald Trump, who declared the United States is now at war with drug cartels deemed by the White House as terrorist groups and informed Congress yesterday: “The United States is in a non-international armed conflict with designated terrorist organizations”—a declaration of war that followed the United States government grimly warning: “The drug trafficking threat in Chicago encompasses virtually every aspect of the threat facing our nation—wholesale supply, transshipment, distribution, use, and money laundering—all of which are occurring at very high levels...The vast majority of illegal drugs distributed in Chicago are supplied by Mexican cartels, including the Sinaloa Cartel, Beltran-Leyva Cartel, Gulf Cartel, La Familia Michoacana, the Guerreros Unidos, and the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación”.

Immediately prior to President Trump informing Congress that the United States is in a non-international armed conflict with designated Mexican cartel terrorist organizations, this report notes, it was revealed: “Customs and Border Protection asked for an unprecedentedly massive drone flight ban over Chicago due to a credible threat of small, unmanned aircraft systems being used against law enforcement during Midway Blitz...Midway Blitz is the name of the operation taking place in the Chicago area...The flight restriction extends for a 15-mile radius over the greater Chicago area and into Lake Michigan”.

Along with President Trump waging war against Mexican drug cartels in Chicago with the Midway Blitz operation, this report notes, he is also attacking their main base of operations in Los Angeles-California, and his federal officials gravely warned: “The Sinaloa Cartel’s reach is vast and unremitting..This ruthless cartel is intent on cashing in, permeating our communities with their poison, with no regard to human suffering”.

A few hours after President Trump informed Congress that the United States is in a non-international armed conflict, this report continues, it was revealed: “A massive fire erupted at an oil refinery in Southern California Thursday night...Firefighters were dispatched around 9:35 p.m. to the Chevron refinery in El Segundo after receiving calls of smoke in the area, according to authorities...Billowing smoke and orange flames could be seen in the sky for miles across the South Bay Area”—eyewitness Miguel Morales told Fox News Digital: “So I saw the sky turn orange, and I was just wondering, like, what the hell happened...What is that?...And then I saw the whole explosion happen...It was just like a whole mushroom cloud of fire...It just started popping up”—and was an eyewitness account that exactly matches those given by Russian peoples who daily watch Ukrainian Nazi unmanned drones attacking Russian refineries.

Kept from the American peoples knowledge by their leftist fake news media, but not to President Trump, as evidenced by his massive ban on drones over Chicago, this report concludes, was the grave news revealed last month: “Mexican media recently confirmed something many experts had already suspected: local drug dealers are sending representatives to fight for Ukraine...Citing sources familiar with the matter, the Mexican newspaper Milenio reported that one of the country’s largest drug cartels is acquiring advanced military capabilities, especially in drone warfare...This knowledge is due to the return of Mexican veterans from Ukraine after participating in the war to gain military experience”.
