When you reach for the door knob, you get to the halfway point. Then you get to the half of the halfway point. Eventually you get to the infinityeth point and then one half of that distance.

Mathematically it is impossible to reach the door knob. But then you do reach the door knob. So is math real?

Esoterically the questions become more interesting.

When you were in the other room and you thought about going through the door, were you already there before you got there?

Or, were you always there and just didn't know it?

Or, do you exist on both sided of the door simultaneously?

Or, is it one reality separated into two by a door knob?

Or, does the door knob exist because of here and there?

Or, does here and there exist because of the door knob?

Or, are you trapped in an endless journey to reach the door knob and just imagining here and there because you have nothing better to do?

This could go on for a very long time. Lot of research money to be made if you sell it right.

So the lord (plural) looked down in horror and screamed WTF???? Man has developed a common understanding such that every word has the same definition, in every language! There is no confusion! He is building an enterprise (tower) that will rival ours! We're about to lose a lot of wealth! Send down the attorneys, now. Make sure that every word has at least two definitions and at least one is hidden. Set it up so that lies and greed and envy and all the rest of those good corporate qualities can prosper. Get the politicians working this thing right now!

And here we are. Same hook, different bait, over and over and over.........
