Putin Activates Russian Area 51 And Grants Citizenship To Biden Sexual Assault Victim

A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin revealed that Russia is prepared to follow the 2010 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty for one year after its expiration next February, provided the United States reciprocates and refrains from actions that could break the nuclear status quo, says following his revelation about the last existing nuclear arms treaty between Russia and the United States set to end in five months, he gravely warned: “I want to stress that Russia is capable of responding to any existing or emerging threats, and no one should have any doubts about this...We will respond not with words, but with military and technical measures”.
