France Collapses As “Donroe Doctrine” Warned Will Trade Ukraine For Venezuela

A historically significant new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes President Donald Trump declared to the White House Religious Liberty Commission at the Museum of the Bible in Washington D.C. yesterday: “The need for this commission has never been more clear than it was last week when the ineffectual senator from Virginia, a man named Tim Kaine, stated that the notion our rights come from our Creator is, quote, extremely troubling to him...As everyone in this room understands, it is tyrants who are denying our rights and the rights that come from God, and it’s this Declaration of Independence that proclaims we’re endowed by our creator with the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”.

To protect the God given rights enshrined in the Declaration of Independence, this report notes, the United States waged its successful Revolutionary War from 1775 to 1783—a war followed by the United States enacting its “Monroe Doctrine” opposing European colonialism in the Western Hemisphere—the Russian Empire was the only European power to declare it would abide by the Monroe Doctrine and not expand further into the Western Hemisphere from its existing Russia-Alaska territory—and President James Monroe informed the United States Congress: “At the proposal of the Russian Imperial Government, made through the minister of the Emperor residing here, a full power and instructions have been transmitted to the minister of the United States at St. Petersburg to arrange by amicable negotiation the respective rights and interests of the two nations on the North West coast of this continent...The Government of the United States has been desirous by this friendly proceeding of manifesting the great value which they have invariably attached to the friendship of the Emperor and their solicitude to cultivate the best understanding with his Government”.

In stark contrast to the United States, this report continues, the beyond horrific French Revolution, waged from 1789 to 1799, proclaimed that only governments can gave rights, not God, after which the French Colonial Empire was established—during the American Civil War, waged between 1861 and 1865, the French Colonial Empire and British Empire prepared to support the slave owning Confederate States, but the Russian Empire, in protection of the Monroe Doctrine, sent its massive fleets to San Francisco and New York City, and history factually records: “The arrival of the Russian fleet to New York and San Francisco unleashed an immense wave of euphoria in the North...The Russian visit ended the last chance of European intervention”.

As the centuries old battle between the United States and the European powers over God given vs government rights blazes into the open again, this report details, the government of France collapsed yesterday and its ousted Prime Minister Francois Bayrou near openly claimed that President Trump masterminded a “secret coup”—a claim joined by socialist European Union leader German Chancellor Friedrich Merz raging against Monroe Doctrine supporting Russia and warning: “A new conflict between systems has broken out between liberal democracies and an axis of autocracies...What we referred to as the liberal world order is under pressure from many sides, including within the political West”.

What Chancellor Merz branded as the “axis of autocracies” opposing the godless “liberal world order”, this report notes, include the Monroe Doctrine supporting nations of the United States and Russia—the United States Supreme Court just gave President Trump even more autocratic powers yesterday when it ruled he can round up illegal aliens any way he so chooses and fire any Democrat from his government that pleases him—and as this “new conflict between systems” warned about by Chancellor Merz rages, European Union leader Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban warningly assessed: “The EU is currently on the verge of falling apart and has entered a state of fragmentation...And if this continues like this, it will go down in history as the depressing end result of a once noble experiment”.

While the socialist European powers are on the verge of falling apart, this report continues, yesterday it was revealed about Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Dan Caine: “The Pentagon’s two top leaders traveled to Puerto Rico amid growing tensions with Venezuela and its leader, Nicolas Maduro”—a revelation that joined the State Department document: “Reward Offer Increase of Up to $50 Million for Information Leading to Arrest and/or Conviction of Nicolás Maduro”.

In response to what the New York Post branded as the “Donroe Doctrine”, this report concludes, it was just revealed: “Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro, under extreme military pressure from the US, is trying frantically to project an image of control and strength”—a revelation that follows American Foreign Policy Council senior fellow Stephen Blank, Ph.D., warning during the first term of President Trump in 2019: “Russia is peddling a dangerous new narrative: Washington should trade Ukraine for Venezuela...The narrative goes that Washington should give Moscow a free hand in Ukraine — in return for Moscow giving Washington a free hand to unseat Venezuela’s venal and criminal Maduro regime”—and if true, is a warning that shows Russia will continue to honor the Monroe Doctrine as long as the United States stays within its own hemisphere.
