Folks, what I’m about to tell you will make your blood boil. General Motors just lost $5 billion because of tariffs that were supposed to protect American jobs. Instead, plants from Detroit to Ontario are shutting down, and 50,000 workers are losing their paychecks.

For decades, politicians promised tariffs would bring jobs back. But instead, they’ve driven costs sky-high, pushed factories to the brink, and left working families struggling.

My comment:
The main stream news media won't tell the people the real truth when it comes to a failing economy. But the lack of car sales and the shut down of more automakers' assembly lines is proof that the US economy is failing and getting worse.
The tariffs Trump imposed didn't help any, but has made it worse, as the rate of the economy going down is accelerating.
Every citizen can see how inflation, high rent, high interest rates, high grocery prices and the overall cost of living are all going up to drain their incomes. This is forcing people to downsize their living situations, live with relatives or become homeless.

This is the new normal everyone has to face today, and it is getting worse every month. Trump is not offering real solutions to these problems. Instead he is making things worse, promoting wars, is complicit in the Gaza genocide, and is creating more chaos as he protects himself from past sex scandals.

We are now on the precipice of a major collapse of the economy and face wars breaking out on several fronts. This is not putting America first or defending the Constitutional Republic. Quite the opposite is being forced on the people.
Unfortunately, I don't see things improving until the Trump regime is legally removed or voted out of office. In the meantime Trump and the globalists are purposely provoking wars that will end up in joblessness, destruction and depopulation. George Eaton
