THE COURT DECISION THAT REROUTED HISTORY

In a ruling that has sent shockwaves across Capitol Hill, President Donald J. Trump has secured a monumental federal court victory that dismantles one of the most fraudulent, activist-driven budgetary pipelines in American history — the so-called climate justice slush funds.

For decades, behind closed doors and hidden under “green” initiatives, billions of taxpayer dollars were siphoned away from Social Security and funneled into a shadow network of radical climate organizations, NGO parasites, and lobbyist cronies. These funds were never voted on by the public, yet they drained resources from the very programs meant to protect America’s seniors.

The court, in a devastating 7-2 ruling, declared the practice unconstitutional and opened the floodgates for redirection of those funds — straight back into the Social Security Trust. In response, Trump issued an emergency executive order that takes effect September 30, 2025.
