Massive Russian Strike Targets European Union And British Headquarters Buildings

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump threatened Ukraine with sanctions and tariffs, says Vice President J.D. Vance then declared about unelected Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky being thrown out of the White House in February: “Do I wish that we had a blowup in the Oval Office in public?...Not necessarily...But I think that was useful for the American people to see”—all of which was joined by Special Envoy Steve Witcoff assessing about the Russia-Ukraine conflict: “There’s a peace proposal on the table...We’re at this place where we think the end is in sight...We have technical teams working on it and we’re hopeful that by the end of this year, and maybe quite a bit sooner, we actually can find the ingredients to get to that peace deal”.

As the Trump Administration searches to find peace deal ingredients, this report notes, retired Professor Ruel Pepa from the Trinity University of Asia warned about the only two war ending scenarios available: “The first possibility hinges on a sobering and potentially unsettling reality: the Western alliance of the United Kingdom, the European Union, NATO, and the United States should finally recognize the reality that they have tragically lost the fight against Russia in Ukraine...The second more provocative and alarming possibility involves Russia resorting to the use of its advanced non-nuclear weapon systems, specifically the deployment of the non-nuclear version of the Oreshnik missile system, targeting Ukraine and one aggressive NATO member country such as Germany, France, Poland, or the UK, thereby achieving a decisive and devastating victory over western aggression...This aggressive attack would be designed to inflict maximum destruction and psychological shock”.

Following the warning issued by Professor Pepa, this report continues, the Ukrainian Air Force announced: “Russia launched a large-scale aerial strike on Ukrainian cities overnight on 28 August...Russia launched 598 drones overnight, including Shahed attack drones and decoys, as well as 31 missiles, among them two Kh-47 Kinzhal ballistic missiles, nine Iskander-M ballistic missiles, and 20 Kh-101 cruise missiles”—the European Union Commission then announced: “Russia's overnight drone and missile attack on Ukraine's capital damaged the EU delegation's building in the city”—and it was also revealed: “The British Council’s offices in Kyiv were also hit in one of the largest aerial bombardments of Russia’s three-and-a-half-year-long invasion”.

After striking European Union and British headquarter buildings in Ukraine, this report details, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced: “The Ukrainian army lost roughly 2,550 troops in battles with Russian forces in all the frontline areas over the past 24 hours”—an announcement that followed the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office revealing: “Ukraine has registered over 110,000 AWOL cases in the first seven months of this year, representing half of all such cases over the past three years...According to the data, the total number of registered AWOL cases filed via the court system since 2022 stands at 202,997, increasing sharply every year”—top Ukrainian lawmaker Anna Skorokhod previously warned: “Almost 400,000 Ukrainian servicemen have abandoned their units without authorization, and many – including volunteers – have no plans to return due to abysmal treatment from superiors”—all of which joins the news: “Something shifted on the Ukraine conflict frontlines this summer...Throughout July and the first half of August, a series of cascading events signaled a dramatic turn...Most decisive among them was the breach of Ukrainian defenses along the Pokrovsk axis – a rupture so deep, so sudden, and so destabilizing that even Ukrainian sources began calling it a full-dress rehearsal for the collapse of the front...It marks the most serious crisis for the Armed Forces of Ukraine since the battles of spring 2022”.

While watching his military forces desert by the tens-of-thousands from their fast collapsing frontlines, this report notes, Dictator Zelensky demanded that his Western puppet masters provide him a $1 billion monthly allowance—a demand joined with the news: “Vladimir Zelensky has appointed former Deputy Prime Minister Olga Stefanishina as Ukraine’s new ambassador to the US, despite ongoing corruption allegations linked to her past government work”.

In viewing the Ukraine catastrophe, this report concludes, it caused world-renowned retired CIA analyst Larry Johnson to warningly observe: “Russia’s Special Military Operation (SMO) has inflicted massive attrition on Ukraine’s military capabilities and has also exposed the weakness and limitations of the NATO countries to provide replacement weapons, ammunition and combat vehicles...The SMO also has demonstrated the superiority of Russian weapons compared to those of NATO...Russia, for instance, has successfully employed at least four types of hypersonic missiles, while NATO has not fielded even one...But NATO is not just struggling to remain relevant on the battlefield, it also is losing on the economic front to the BRICS nations...For my friends in Europe, I have some bad news… you are no longer relevant as a military force...After 15 centuries of dominating world events, you are now entering the age of impotence...But, you ain’t going alone, the United States is following you on this path to irrelevancy”.
