I have changed a few things from listening to this amazing book and have had a few really nice differences in my health. My hair quit falling out, finally. It is softer. My skin is soft again and looks a lot better. My energy isn't "cured" just yet, but it is much better than it was. This is in a month.

I quit taking vitamin D, I quit taking vitamin B's in synthetic forms. Now I take them in food forms, like local bee pollen and eating more liver, taking liver capsules. I switched my vitamin A intake to cod liver oils, but only a brand without added synthetic vitamin A and D. The book explains the stops and the starts (what you stop and what you start.)

I remember trying to take copper a long time ago because I recognized I needed it, however there are many things that keep copper from working in your system. So, basically, it is no wonder I couldn't get it all to work together. It all comes together with everything I learned over the years, raising my kids with guidelines from Dr. Weston Price (who Morley Robbins recognizes for his previous work on nutrition.)

I hope this can help someone else out there, who was struggling and couldn't quite figure out what they have been missing.
