I don't dispute the first phrase of the statement. They deff ARE trying to kill us in as many ways possible.

However, here's the deal with walnuts: They have a 'skin,' like peanuts have a skin (most legumes - beans, peas, lentils, etc, DO) and that skin is loaded with lectins.

A LOT of people are deathly allergic to lectins (me. I'm deathly allergic to them. Makes it REALLY difficult when you crave peanut butter. And...I love peas. But haven't had any since 2020).

Even if you're not allergic to lectins, when you get stuff from a food pantry, you're getting discards; very rarely do they get anything inside the expiration date. And frequently, nut companies will coat their nuts with canola oil (don't get me started on canola oil...there's no such thing as a 'canola' plant or seed...it's rapeseed, and it's as bad as it sounds; it's indigestible and birds that eat the seeds DIE). Canola goes rancid quickly.

So if you got sick on walnuts, there might be other culprits.

But...I do appreciate the mention of our heavenly father's name. Thank you!
