There's nothing to bring credibility to this report. If something such as this is classified there wouldn't be a "white hat" leaker as the white hats would need to keep things undisclosed for the time being also.

There's no explanation for why Epstein's Island would need to be used for a cloning operation when there are plenty of other locations with military level security where that could be done.

The report reads like part of a movie plot rather than a journalistic report. While the global power network is likely involved in some manner in the various types of activities described this report seems more like it's created for entertainment or disinfo purposes than as a constructive revelation of true info to the public.
