The state of Ohio appeared to have a very organized system designed to torture and abuse children placed in their care. We know from the Kaitlynn Hunter Case that they were grooming them for prostitution.

The State of Ohio abuse and torture of foster children all goes back to at least 1952 when the Vatican purchased 47 orphans from Ohio Child Services. The Ohio child torture program was called Project Sanctum and was first revealed way back in 1978. For 27 years the state of Ohio Child Services upheld this unbelievable agreement with the Vatican. The children were put in a Catholic institution where they were subjected to 16 hour prayer sessions, psychological torture, sensory deprivation and experimental drugs. In 1979 parents began questioning what was going on and strangely, the facility was soon burned down overnight.

Like so many news stories about tortured and neglected children, this one never made the mainstream media. And like so many stories about kidnapped and tortured children, the story started at the Vatican – whose influence was able to avoid negative publicity like the plague.

That Ohio foster care abuse and torture of children apparently continues to this day. We know that from the facts that came out about Ohio foster care abuse in the recent Kaitlynn Hunter case. The Ohio teen was horribly abused and raped for years while in foster care. To this day we don’t know where the teen is – even after she should have transitioned out of foster care at age 18.

Kaitlynn was last heard of when she was abducted from the Dayton Children’s Hospital by Ohio Child Protective Services. She was at the hospital to get a brain scan to evaluate injuries received in a CPS Group Home. They didn’t want her to have the scan. They didn’t want her to have proof of her injuries. They didn’t want her to get medical care for her injuries. Her mother and grandmother haven’t heard from her since.

Kaitlynn was suspected to either being held by Ohio CPS without the knowledge of her caring mother, was dead, was being sex trafficked, or was in hiding on her own from her Ohio State abusers. No one knows. No one seems to care, except for her mom and grandmother.

Yet, there was no reason for Kaitlynn to be in foster care in the first place. The original charge for her and her brother being ripped from a caring family was that they were being home schooled.

Kaitlynn, her brother and the 47 orphans were not the only victims of Ohio Child Protective Services and Ohio Foster Care. The state run “services” was known to be rampant with abuse.
