Obama only has immunity for his **official acts**.

Criminal acts - like being part of a highly organized RICO conspiracy to target an innocent man for firing and prosecution based on a felony leak of classified information and the fucking stupid claim of a ‘Logan Act violation’?

Nope. No immunity for that. For ANYBODY involved, including Biden.

Being part of a criminal RICO conspiracy to ensure criminal leaking of SAP material was not charged or pursued by investigators, even though everyone involved left an email paper trail?

Nope. No immunity for obstruction of justice. Just ask Richard Nixon.

Those are NOT covered by presidential immunity.

Obama literally cannot argue ‘BUT I WUZ STILL PRESIDENT AT THAT TIME!”, but if he wants to try it, he can be my guest.
