Not only is 5-D chess above my skill level, it is also too fast paced for this great granny to keep up with. Is this the same Donald Trump I voted for all three times? As I ruminated (I love that word) on why I supported him, perhaps it is more telling to ask why I stopped supporting him. So, in looking back to 2016, my first impression of ‘The Donald’ was that he was one hell of a circus barker. “Step right up, ladies and gentlemen. See the man with many faces.” No kidding. There were moments of disquiet in my psyche that gave me pause from the very beginning. Like his obvious womanizing, bordering on misogyny, I brushed to one side as many presidents, some of my favorites in fact, had had loose zippers. But they turned out to be a great leader where it counted, John Kennedy for one, Thomas Jefferson for another.

But, since the days of Ross Perot, I had always wanted to see what a business man could accomplish once in office. What I didn’t notice at the time was how much Israel was entangled with the US. Or how much Trump was controlled by Israel. I have never had a good feeling about Israel for some reason. But, I didn’t dwell on it. I should have. I began to feel a little more than uncomfortable when I realized that his daughter, Ivanka was not only married to a Jew, but he was Benjamin Netanyahu’s god son. A son in law who appeared to have way too much sway over Trump. Especially in suggesting picks for his administration.

Either I am more awake during his second term or Trump has been more blatant about picking people his obvious handler, Howard Lutnick approved of. Like many people who voted for Trump, I was initially thrilled to see the people he picked. Each one seemed to be perfect for the job he chose for his cabinet. Some of them got some push back from Congress but were eventually confirmed. However, as soon as any of his picks or supporters questioned what he did or said, he turned on them. You can’t question the king! That isn’t what Israel wanted. So, before long Tucker Carlson and Tulsi Gabbard were on the outside looking in. Unless you green light everything he does or says, you will be rejected. It doesn’t matter if what you say is true or how many former Trump supporters agree with you, you aren’t bending the knee. He has been a disappointment in so many ways on so many issues, I just can’t keep supporting someone who is obviously in Israel’s pocket. I found myself, during his second term, referring to him as the pied piper. That is what he seemed like to me. Sorry to say, my daughter is still a die hard MAGA. Hopefully, one day she will wake up too. My son has always called him out, pointing out the inconsistencies in what he says and what he actually does. I hate to admit he was right. But, the last month has shown me what he really is.

A friend sent me this David Icke video, because she knew I liked him and had been following him for decades. I kept hoping that Icke was wrong about Trump. But sorry to say, he was right about him.
