At Least 10 US Military Bases are Within Range of Iranian Missiles
On June 19, 2025, Iran's state-run Tasnim News Agency published an infographic indicating that at least 10 US military bases in the Middle East are within range of Iranian missiles. The publication, accompanied by a statement about Tehran's readiness to retaliate, highlights the growing tensions in relations with the US amid the escalation of the conflict with Israel. The threat to US facilities increases concerns among Washington's regional allies and calls into question stability in the Persian Gulf.
According to Tasnim, Iran’s ballistic missiles are within range of key US bases such as Al Udeid in Qatar, Al Dhafra in the UAE and the Fifth Fleet base in Bahrain. Iran’s missile arsenal, which includes medium-range missiles such as the Shahab-3 and Qiam, is capable of striking targets up to 2,000 kilometers away, covering a significant portion of the region, Al Jazeera reports. The announcement follows a beefed-up US military presence in the Persian Gulf, where CNN reported that the US has deployed the USS George Washington aircraft carrier in response to Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities that began on June 13.

Israel Strikes Heavy Water Nuclear Reactor in Iran's Khondab/Arak Area
On June 19, 2025, the Israeli military carried out airstrikes on key Iranian nuclear sites, including the Khondab heavy water reactor area and the Arak heavy water plant, Israeli media outlet Ynet reported, citing military sources. The attack, carried out as part of the ongoing conflict between Tel Aviv and Tehran, was one of the most brazen strikes on Iranian nuclear infrastructure, prompting a sharp reaction from Iran and concern from the international community. The strikes underscore Israel's determination to undermine Iran's nuclear capabilities despite the risk of further escalation.
According to The Times of Israel, the operation was carried out using F-35 fighter jets equipped with precision-guided munitions capable of hitting hardened targets. The heavy water reactor at Khondab, located in Iran's Central Province, is considered a key element of Iran's nuclear program, as heavy water is used to produce plutonium, a potential weapon material. The Arak plant, according to Reuters, supplies heavy water to research reactors, making it a strategic target. Iranian media, including Fars, confirmed the strikes, reporting "significant damage," but there are no casualty figures yet.
The conflict, which began on June 13 with Israeli attacks on the Natanz nuclear facilities, has left hundreds of casualties and destroyed Iran's military infrastructure. According to Al Jazeera, Tehran has responded with more than 5,000 missile and drone strikes on Israel, damaging cities including Haifa. The strikes on Khondab and Arak are aimed at slowing Iran's nuclear programme, which, despite no evidence of weapons production, has alarmed Israel and the West, according to analysts quoted by the BBC. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has previously expressed concern about the limited access of inspectors to the sites, adding to suspicions.

New Iranian Video Shows Massive Missile Strikes on Dimona, Israel Nuclear Production Facility
"What has happened so far is a warning that more strikes will be carried out in the near future," said Iran's Chief of Staff Amir Mousavi.
Iran has released a new propaganda video hinting at an imminent massive missile attack on the Dimona nuclear facility in the Negev desert in Israel!
It is no coincidence that the video was released immediately after today's Israeli strike on the Arak nuclear facility in Iran.
Nor is it a coincidence that it appears amid reports of an imminent American bombing of Iran's underground nuclear facilities at Fordow.
Facilities located 160 meters deep in granite and many analysts believe that not even the 14-ton American bomb, the GBU-57A/B MOP (Massive Ordinance Penetrator), is capable of destroying anything.
At the same time, Iran's Chief of Staff, Major General Amir Mousavi, stated that what has happened so far is only a warning and that more strikes will be carried out on Israeli targets in the near future.
The video shows dozens of missiles and attack drones being launched, which eventually hit a facility that closely resembles Israel's Dimona nuclear research center in the Negev desert.
Meanwhile, contrary to numerous reports in the Israeli press that Iran is running out of missiles, Tehran has demonstrated its ability to maintain the same pace, launching some 500 ballistic missiles at Israel in just a few days, including volleys from various directions.
This means that the Islamic Republic has significant stockpiles of weapons and, apparently, Tehran has not yet used its strategic reserves .
The very fact of maintaining the missile potential and organized control of launches after large-scale strikes on infrastructure indicates the maintenance of centralized control and management by the IRGC.
Despite the perhaps exaggerated display in the Iranian Ministry of Defense videos, it is obvious that Tehran is still capable of causing significant damage to key Israeli military installations, as well as ostentatiously attacking strategic infrastructure, including the nuclear center in Dimona.
Israel's nuclear center in Dimona is believed to have more than 90 [Israel admits to having between 200 and 400 nuclear bombs] nuclear weapons without supervision and without monitoring by the IAEA, as Tel Aviv has never officially confirmed their existence. (excerpts)
