Are the riots in LA and other cities an example of resistance? Or are they just another example of Problem-Reaction-Solution? The Constitution secures the right to assemble, the right to speak out and the right to petition the government to right wrongs, real or perceived. Is that what we are seeing? I would say no. Or only partially. The three letter agencies are masters of manipulation. Dress up some provocateurs and start some violence so authority has a reason to shut down the body of resistance.
Governor New-scum is not about to quiet the rioting, no matter how many of his constituents demand it. That opens the door for the federal government to federalize the Guard and even add in some actual military, in the form of Marines from Camp Pendleton as reinforcements. At that point the left erupts in righteous (in their eyes) indignation. “He’s a dictator. He’s trampling all over the Constitution." Not that the left would ever do anything to trample the Constitution under foot. The Elite are absolutely elated as they watch the fallout from their meddling.
So, back to the question. What does resistance actually look like? For one, it is recognizing the Elite script for what it is and refusing to take up arms and go looking for trouble. That is why they are rioting destroying property, attacking law enforcement and burning the flag. They want a civil war. It is also refusing to take sides and realizing that we are being played for the entertainment of the Globalist scum.
I would say, other than protecting your family and property, protecting others being attacked or answering the call to reinforce Law enforcement, any other action is playing right into their hands. A violent reaction will only give those in power/authority the excuse to tighten the screws on all of us. Which is what the Elite want. If the riots become bad enough, especially if people are killed, the president will likely declare curfews and martial law.
Understand that to a certain extent, the Boston bombing and Katrina were training ground for authority to act dictatorially toward the people and for brainwashing the public to accept that authority. Or has everyone forgotten how the military and law enforcement went house to house, collecting weapons? What did that have to do with rescuing those threatened by the flooding? With the looting that occurs in every disaster, wouldn’t those citizens need a way to protect their family and property?
All it did was give the stamp of approval for illegal searches and seizures, especially that one wealthy family marched from their mansion, handcuffed and placed on the ground while the authorities searched their home for weapons. Were those weapons ever returned? I’m betting not. Wouldn’t a home like that be like roadkill to a vulture?
The Boston bombing was another trial run. Find a couple of guys with foreign looks and names and either pay them to create havoc or wind them up ideologically to set off the bombs. That gave law enforcement the excuse to go door to door, without proper warrants, looking for the two suspects. And people just threw open their doors and welcomed them in without any push back, no doubt feeling all patriotic about cooperating.
I about blew out my tonsils on both occasions, screaming at the monitor. Especially at the elderly woman bragging about having a gun and trying to take it out of her pocket to show the uniformed bully's, expecting praise for her self reliance. Instead they wrestled her to the floor and took her gun. Just what she deserved. I’ve always maintained that stupid should hurt. I would say it did that day. And Boston? The epicenter of the Revolutionary War, by people who had a backbone. And, from what I could see, no one protested the unlawful invasion of their home. Oh, wait a minute. They invited these uniformed provocateurs into their homes on the pretext of searching for these two parties, they knew wouldn’t be found in anyone’s home.
But, again, a test case for compliance. So, again, what does resistance look like? It looks like Gandhi resisting the British; it looks like Ruby Ridge, a man protecting his home and family; it looks like Waco people standing in solidarity against armed thugs, deciding what religion should be allowed; it looks like Clive Bundy refusing to pays fees for grazing his cattle on PUBLIC land after changes were made to grazing rules. It also looks like those who showed up, armed, in support of Mr. Bundy. This should happen every time the government goons show up demanding that some farmer kill his entire flock of chickens because one was sick or died? It happens all the time on farms. Animals die and not always from contagious diseases. Who is testing these animals and with what do they test them? It should happen every time the government crosses the line of the constitutional rights of citizens.
Unfortunately, it also looks like the massacre in 1890 at Wounded Knee and the subsequent occupation in 1973 in Wounded Knee, South Dakota. The first was over religious freedom. The second was a protest in how the government handled the 1890 event. The cure for this kind of action by a government drunk on it’s own power, will always be resistance; civil disobedience.
A further cure is to read and understand the Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights, as well as the Declaration of Independence. That is a blueprint for civil disobedience. I was shocked the first time I read it. It actually encourages resistance. It encourages the overthrow of a tyrannical government to be replaced by one “more to our liking”.
Never forget, the US Constitution is the Supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement.
“All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.” Marley vs Madison, 5 US (2 Crunch) 137, 174, 176, (1803)
“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.” Miranda vs Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491
No wonder the left and the Globalist hate the Constitution. The Founding Fathers were pretty smart, and a good judge of character.
