These reports are being called "not true". But those fact check sites have been known to be "fake" themselves to stop rumors they don't like.

False: Joe Biden’s granddaughter says he is dead and was replaced with his twin brother.
A video circulating online presents the narrative that Joe Biden is dead and has been replaced. The video features an individual presenting themselves as the president’s granddaughter. Speaking into a camera, she states:
“My grandfather, Joe Biden, does have a twin, and that twin is currently pretending to be Joe Biden in the white house. So, unfortunately, my grandfather Joe Biden passed away about four years ago, but, you know, he had built up this really long political career, and my family still wanted to have a bit of power in the U.S. government. So we just replaced Joe with his twin brother.”
This video has gained significant traction after being reposted on Twitter. Multiple users have identified the speaker as Naomi Biden, though she does not specify on camera which of the president’s granddaughters she is claiming to be.

The original version of this was uploaded on TikTok. The user who uploaded it bares little resemblance to any of Biden’s grandchildren and states in her bio that her content is intended to be satirical. In a later video, she states that “Joe Biden is alive” and expresses confusion relating to messages she’s received from users who have taken her content at face value.
Joe Biden does not have a twin brother. He is the oldest of four siblings, having a sister and two younger brothers.
Verdict
The post that this claim originates from was not intended to be satirical. There is no evidence to support the assertion that Joe Biden is dead and this assertion must therefore be concluded to be false.

False claim that Biden family members admitted president died in 2019 | Fact check
The claim: Biden’s family admitted he died and was replaced by an actor in 2019
A Sept. 6 article from The People’s Voice claims members of the first family made a shocking announcement about President Joe Biden.
“Biden’s Family Admit (sic) He Died and Was Replaced By an Actor in 2019,” reads the article’s headline.
The article was shared more than 200 times on Facebook in a week, according to the social media analytics tool CrowdTangle. Other versions of the claim continue to circulate on Facebook.

There is no evidence a member of the Biden family made such a statement. The article was published by a website that regularly publishes fabricated stories.
Biden family members did not announce death of president
No reputable news outlet has reported that a member of the Biden family made such a revelation and The People's Voice article does not provide any evidence of such a development.
There is likewise no mention of such an admission, or a statement refuting such an allegation, anywhere on the White House or Biden campaign websites.
The People's Voice, previously known as NewsPunch, has a lengthy history of publishing fabricated stories, many of which have been debunked by USA TODAY.
Some versions of the claim on other social media platforms use a video purportedly showing Naomi Biden, the president’s granddaughter, admitting the president died and was replaced by a body double.
But that video was originally posted by a satirical social media account, as USA TODAY previously reported. The person in the video, Kass Theaz, does not resemble the real Naomi Biden.
USA TODAY has also previously debunked claims that the president has a body double.
USA TODAY reached out to The People’s Voice for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

According to Smithsonian magazine, normal human beings blink once every three to four seconds on average. 40 seconds is frankly unnatural. So what, exactly, is wrong with Biden? And what else is he hiding?
The White House released two videos within hours of each other yesterday and Biden appears to be a different person in each video. Different colored skin, different colored eyes, and the second Biden actually blinks occasionally.

With an AI Deep Fake, they don’t even need to use the same actor all the time, and the actor doesn’t have to resemble the person they are supposed to be — they just switch out the actor and add a Deep Fake on top in post-production.
If you have ever found yourself watching a Joe Biden performance and thinking there is something “off” about it, you were right. Former CIA Chief of Disguise Jonna Mendez admits that while she was at the agency, they developed masks that can be used by actors to play the roles of important people in real life. Mendez also hinted the CIA now has even more advanced technology in this area.
Unfortunately for the puppet masters, average Americans are now waking up and realizing there is something “off” about Joe Biden.
Even his own family are keen to throw him under the bus. His daughter Ashley recently accused him of sexually molesting her as a child. We made a video about it – check it out. His son Hunter calls him “Pedo Peter” behind his back. And now his granddaughter – one of the lucky ones he chooses to acknowledge – says he died in 2019 and has been played by an actor ever since.
