After the counter attack by India that killed apx. 30 Muslim terrorists in the disputed Kashmir area, Pakistan launched over 100 drones and small missiles against various targets in India. According to the Indian gov and the news media, India intercepted all of drones and missiles.
At the same time there was a few artillery exchanges which caused minimal damage.
In response, India launched another, much larger flurry of attacks with drones and missiles on Pakistan military bases. At the same time the Indian Navy launched a missile attack from one of their submarines against Karachi, Pakistan.
During the past 48 hours there was a fighter jet "stand off" between Pakistan fighter jets and Indian fighter jets. However, the so called dog fights were made from each sides of their own borders and apx. 100 kilometers apart. They would launch their air to air missiles at each other and kept their fingers crossed the missiles might hit a target. However, there was no report of any fighter jets downed in that skirmish.
Each side is reporting some enemy fighters being shot down in other incidents, but there has been a lack of verification.
The Indian news media have been discounting any of Pakistan's counter attacks as being weak and ineffective. They are also saying that the Pakistan leadership and military are in a state of disarray and panic. They also say that the poor counter attacks made by Pakistan reveals their lack of military abilities.
The Pakistan politicians have made spirited speeches in their "congress" describing their right to defend their sovereignty and that they will respond to India with powerful counter attacks.
In total around 60 to 70 people have died on both sides of the conflict, with more injuries. Both sides are passionate about their positions and rights and they are both willing to incrementally take the conflict to a higher stage on a daily basis.
This conflict started when a well known group of Muslim extremists went into a disputed area in Kashmir that both sides claim, and they held hostage 26 men and demanded they quote scriptures from the Muslim Koran bible. They would then force them to take their pants down to see if they were circumsized or not. If they weren't circumsized they assumed they were not Muslims, and then executed them. That was the event that caused the Indian government to bomb the terrorist headquarters and their Mosque, killing around 30 Muslims.
In my opinion, it would have been wise if the Pakistani government simply dropped the issue at that point, or even after their ineffective counter attack. The Indian government actually did the Pakistanis a favor by merely targeting the radical terrorists involved in the initial attack.
However, that's not what happened. Instead the Pakistan politicians went to the funeral of the terrorists and cried with the survivors and draped the Pakistan flag over the coffins and helped carry them out during the funeral. This act was seen by the Indians and was interpreted as a sign that the Muslim terrorists were actually an arm of the Pakistan government.
The truth is, this conflict could end at any time if calmer heads would prevail. Unfortunately, the hatred and emotions run deep on both sides and anything could happen to take things to a higher level.
To complicate the issue, for years the Israelis have been cultivating a strange friendship with India for ulterior motives. This kind of back channel friendship may involve money, favors and trade for arms, etc.
Researchers believe the Israelis and even the US may be covertly influencing the Indians to make attacks against Pakistan - for the simple reason they want nuclear powered Pakistan to be occupied and weakened in a war while the Israelis and the US do a preemptive attack against Muslim Iran.
It was a well known fact that if Iran got into military trouble that Muslim Pakistan would come to their aid and have the ability to back up that defense with nuclear missiles.
The globalists also have a strong motive to provoke a war between India and Pakistan for their depopulation agenda. For these reasons, this conflict must be considered very dangerous and could end in a nuclear war where millions would die and the planet be sent into a fallout risk as the weather patterns spread the radiation. Pakistan has a population of 247.5 million, and India has a population of 1.43 billion, more than China now. George Eaton
