If you personalize life with your thinking, expecting it to go your way, you’re setting yourself up for a world of hurt.

WHEN you have no personal thoughts about how life should be, you can enjoy all that is life. When you know that you are not your body, mind, and emotions (that your body, mind and emotions are having a unique experience) you can even enjoy their enchanting wackadoodle weirdness.

(As quantum particles, observed, change, and are no longer what they were, the same thing happens when you observe life and apply your thoughts to life. Thinking about life, changes YOU--NOT LIFE--from what it is, to what you think it is).

Life is life, doing what it does, and then you come along with your thoughts, your opinions, biases, prejudices, beliefs and conclusions. For you (just you) your thinking turns life into something different than what it is. You have taken life personal, altered it with your judgmental thinking into something it isn’t. You personalize life with your perspective, your point of view, your point of consciousness.

Before you arrived and observed life, life was life doing what it does, but now that you are there, life is no longer just life doing its thing. You’ve personalized life. You’re subjecting life to your interpretation.

Life isn’t messed up. You mess yourself up thinking life should be different. You’ve labeled life good or bad because of your personal likes and dislikes. Life doesn’t give a shit what you think, and when you’re gone, like will continue to do what life does.

You can either enjoy life, or bitch about it. Life doesn’t care what you choose. If you say, “I want to enjoy life,” then make the decision to enjoy life. If you get good at it, you can even enjoy your every thought, every emotion, your every pain and pleasure, joy and sorrow, and all your personal ups and downs. It’s up to you.

You do your best for the joy of doing your best.
You do what appears in front of you, never chasing what is not chasing you.
You do what you are passionate about and you keep doing it until you can take it no further, AND you have ZERO attachment to the outcome.

YOU DO WHAT YOU DO FOR THE JOY OF DOING IT, NOT BECAUSE OF IMAGINED RESULTS.
You NEVER exercise unrighteous dominion or control over others.
You have no way life MUST go.
You do your best, and haven’t a care about the rest.
If your mind, body, and emotions get physically, mentally, emotionally attached, entangled, identified with their needs, wants, desires, people, places, things, you, the REAL YOU, enjoys it.
YOU, THE REAL YOU, has no opinions, biases, prejudices, beliefs, theologies, philosophies, theories, and draws no conclusions about what life is or isn’t.
The REAL YOU is inclusive, NOT exclusive.

At the reality level of life you do what needs to be done (and that too is life doing life). HOWEVER, at the quantum level, you know life is just life doing life its way, and you accept what you cannot control, cannot change, cannot alter, and you appreciate the intelligence that is life, and acknowledge and accept your own nothingness.
