Nixon was the president that opened up dialog with communist China, and soon after, businessmen were becoming billionaires from free trade with China that was using slave labor.
As this process moved forward, China started placing tariffs on US made goods and cars, so they could protect their markets. They also manipulated their currency, interest rates and their stock market which in turn harmed free trade with foreign countries. There never was a level playing field with the communists.
In addition to that, China produced illicit drugs to flood the west with addictive and dangerous narcotics, that have killed hundreds of thousands of people. China also allowed their communist owned companies to counterfeit a large variety of goods like music CDs and movie DVDs. This did major damage to artists, and movie makers and their employees.
The US tolerated these crimes for many decades, but Trump saw this crime and wanted to instantly correct the problem.
“Whoa there cowboy”, a country can’t just instantly cut off trade and not expect serious consequences.
It took decades to deconstruct American manufacturing and build factories in China. It will also take years to rebuild US manufacturing to replace the products China has been providing to the US market. This is common sense.
But when it comes to Trump’s impulsive, “I know everything” mentality, he charges into decisions like a bull in a Chinese kitchen wear shop.
The fairness in global trade is a good idea, but it has to be tempered with wisdom, timing and diplomacy. What we are witnessing is a good idea becoming a major economic disaster for the US - when it is done impulsively and without rational considerations.
At this time, Trump has slapped a tariff charge of 245% on China. It is obvious that’s not going to be a doable or sustainable tariff between two countries.
It appears to be more like an act of war that will emasculate and wipe out Chinese companies, cause riots, protests, unemployment and deaths – and maybe war.
This is similar to what the US did against Japan before World War 2. When the war was raging in Europe, and Japan joined the “Axis” with Germany, this made Japan an enemy of the US. And once major trade was cut off to Japan, including fuel supplies, Japan felt they had been aggressively attacked directly, and that’s why they did the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor.
The tariff on China is many times worse than what the US did against Japan. The ramifications for this act of war, disguised as a tariff for free trade, have not been fully reviewed, realized and studied by the public.
The far-reaching consequences are so vast it is not possible to even list all the negative effects it will have on China, the US and the world.
However, to anyone that has been studying world events behind the scenes, this act is not a surprise at all. It was well known in conspiracy studies that the globalists had a main list of enemies that they intended to attack to achieve their long-term agenda of a one world government.
In a nutshell, the globalists determined that they MUST fully control or destroy any nation or group that has nukes and weapons of mass destruction(WMDs).
They want to place all nukes into the hands of one power, so they can establish a one world government without military threats to its future control.
This is why I kept mentioning in my writings that the future enemies the globalist would be targeting were Russia, China, North Korea, Iran and any rogue terrorist group that might have acquired WMDs.
They don’t talk about India and Pakistan that much, even though they are both nuclear powers. I concluded they expect them to destroy each other in a nuclear war anyway.
But the rogue nations and independent terrorist groups could be a problem for the globalists at any time. And the genocidal war in Gaza is creating huge numbers of Muslims that want revenge. It appears the globalists are creating future enemies on purpose.
The fact that Trump made this kneejerk reaction to target China with massive tariffs made me think this was done for ulterior reasons. It was not possible for this amount of high tariffs to be sustainable by any stretch of the imagination.
This was meant to be a direct attack, an act of war, that would thrust the Chinese economy into a massive tailspin.
Trump and his many advisors were fully aware of this fact and understood the consequences. Those very possible deadly ramifications could actually lead to a nuclear war, and this was also known in advance. Nothing is left to chance in the globalist think tank groups that advise world leaders.
What the wealthy elite globalists are doing is reckless and deliberately provoking a world war and a nuclear exchange. That is how insane they are, and it reveals themselves as psychopaths. They don’t care how many innocent people are killed in the process of achieving their agenda of depopulation and control.
What we are witnessing is the beginning of a global depression that will lead to a world war. The result of that war will be more control over the survivors, more profits for the military industrial complex, and the next step towards global communism.
The globalists couldn’t get Putin to go to war, but in the process over a million people were killed in the Ukraine/Russia conflict.
The globalists have made great progress in the Middle East by weakening the nations, overthrowing the Syrian government, bombed Gaza back to the stone age, killed off thousands of innocent Palestinians, and now have their military machine ready to target Iran.
But this time, a major war against Iran, a much larger military power with advanced missiles, the outcome is unknown. No one knows how many nuclear bombs they might have, and there is a real possibility some of those missiles could reach Israeli cities and US bases in the Middle East.
There is also a chance China, Russia or North Korea might get involved to defend Iran. All three of those nations are well armed nuclear powers. If China feels like they have been treated unfairly, they may lose any motivation to exercise restraint in a war. This is also by design.
The bottom line is we can’t trust what the world leaders are doing. In the final analysis we are the ultimate victims of their warmongering and greed for power. They have openly shown their disdain for us and lack of concern for our wellbeing. Because of that reality, it is up to us to think and plan ahead to survive anything that could happen in the future. We are on our own. George Eaton
