A bit sceptical about this constant money request from the people who have the least-but here's why. Back in the 90s was Global Sciences Congress.

It was the largest alternative science/information event of its kind in the US put on by Dean Stonier.

My first experience with it was in 1995 in the Golden Dome bldg close to downtown when I was advised to go see Dr.Bob Beck regarding the electromagnetic DEWs attacks. He was providing his bug zapper+colloidal silver machine schematics and how to do info for the cost of copying them-about $3. Rayelan used to attend these events as well+that's where I 1st saw her.

So we were all pretty aware of this current scenario 30 yrs back-just not how dumb + compliant people would become. Point is you can make perfectly good colloidal silver for a few bucks a gallon.

U have to find distilled water with no aluminum fluoride poison added.I can't find it+ make my own distilled now.They've made it hard to get.
