Also - never be afraid to speak truth to power. There are folks who have dug in their heels and yes, they may be upset, but pay them no mind. As someone who grew up in a religious cult around ‘them’, they are driven by fear. When we cave to their beliefs (which I’m noticing ‘spiritual’ leaders are increasingly doing) we provide them no favors. It’s up to us to shine brighter than their fear.
