Trump Declares Biden Pardons “Void And Vacant” As War Time “Oopsie” Ignites Constitutional Crisis

A gobsmacking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced this morning: “President Putin and his counterpart President Donald Trump are scheduled to have a phone conversation on Tuesday”, says this announcement was followed a few minutes later by President Donald Trump posting the official notice: “The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen...In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!...The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden...He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime...Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level...The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!”.

Prior to posting the official notice declaring all Biden pardons are “void and vacant” shortly after Midnight today, this report notes, President Trump secretly signed a proclamation on Friday invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 for the first time since World War II—a war time move followed by Secretary of State Marco Rubio announcing yesterday that the administration had sent two leaders of the MS-13 gang and 21 of its most wanted, as well as over 250 members of Tren de Aragua, to El Salvador.

In between President Trump secretly invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 on Friday and Secretary of State Marco Rubio announcing on Sunday it was used to deport terrorists to El Salvador, this report continues, on Saturday it saw radical leftist United States District Judge James Boasberg ordering the flights carrying these terrorists be immediately returned to America—then a senior White House official revealed: “There was a discussion about how far the judge's ruling can go under the circumstances and over international waters and, on advice of counsel, we proceeded with deporting these thugs”.

After the planes carrying these terrorists landed in his country yesterday, this report details, El Salvador President Nayib Bukele posted the notice to radical leftist United States District Judge James Boasberg: “Oopsie...too late”—and was a notice that caused the leftist New York Times to warn: “The mockery by Mr. Bukele — and the tacit endorsements of it by senior administration officials — seemed to push Washington closer to a constitutional crisis”.

During the return flight to Washington last evening from his Winter White House in Florida, this report concludes, President Trump defended sending to terrorists to El Salvador and declared: “This is war”—a declaration joined with the news: “The USS Gravely (DDG-107), an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer in the US Navy, departed Naval Weapons Station Yorktown on the Virginia Peninsula on Saturday...The warship will operate in US and international waters in support of the "southern border mission", according to a press release published by the US Northern Command”—and it was also revealed: “U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Allvin has confirmed that U-2 Dragon Lady spy planes have been flying missions around the border with Mexico...The service’s top officer has also confirmed the use of RC-135V/W Rivet Joint intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft and drones as part of still-increasing U.S. military support for southwestern border security efforts under President Donald Trump”.
