And how about all this? Do you still eat in restaurants using unfiltered fluoridated water and overused unchanged stale rancid oils to cook and fry in? Do you always put some poisonous artificial sweeteners in your coffee and drinks? Do you smoke? Or Vape?
And surprise! Don’t buy the lies. Your so-called nicotine addiction is actually from the tobacco chemists added Tyrosine. (Harvard: nicotine is non-addictive). Do you take dope? Drink? All therapy negative.
How can you have instant success if you choose to put (or just let) the greedy satan worshipers put most of these pollution things into you faster than the oxygen can clean you out? Do not lie to yourself. Even eating "just a little" and "just every now and then" might be just enough to eventually finally kill you.
It takes 2 months to clean that last slice of hybridized wheat bread out of your blood. Especially if your never detoxified body is already pollution and parasite compromised.

Another example is today’s wheat. Once you eat today’s unnatural hybridized wheat I already mentioned, it takes TWO months to flush the gluten out of your body! Switching to whole wheat is a nice try, but because the shorter heavily modified hybridized wheat is now so unnatural it is problematic and not much better.
Plus you must give it time to take effect. Switching to eating fresh sourdough spelt or kamut only is much better for us than eating today’s aforementioned unnatural heavily commercialized strains of hybridized wheat.
How about switching to these kinds of lifestyle choices while employing the above facts?
When you first wake up, you can leave your stomach sphincter open by not smelling any food, and after putting a bit of Celtic Sea Salt on your tongue to help your body absorb the water, immediately drink enough clean fresh (preferably Ozonated and or Smacked) water to flush out all debris leftover from your sleep period while you secreted melanin and repaired yourself. Drink lots of this pure Ozonated no fluoride water all day, between meals, starting 1 ½ hours after you eat.
Make your first meal of the day your biggest meal, and CHEW all food thoroughly so all the mouth enzymes have a chance to thoroughly prepare the food bolus for further digestion down below. This free advice to CHEW is highly therapy positive. Eat for nutrients, not taste.
For full absorption and health, WE need lots of ocean mineral balanced salt with at least 82 minerals, example: the Celtic sea salt. Some people are so toxic and so full of parasites that they need more MoreMito than others do. We should be able to admit to ourselves that some of us may need extra detoxification before we can start to see the results we seek.
