Zelensky Attacks Western Pipeline As Russian-American Talks Start And Trump Deploys Special Forces To Mexico

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top President Donald Trump advisor Elon Musk posted the message “This is what competent leadership looks like” in his commenting on the Russian delegation’s arrival in Saudi Arabia for talks with their United States counterparts, says these talks will partly focus on the staggering $324 billion hit American companies have suffered since quitting Russia, and are talks about which have been revealed:

High-level Russian-US talks have kicked off in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh.

The meeting started without preliminaries and handshakes in the presence of the press.

The members of the delegations are seated around a large rectangular table. The Russian side is seated on the right and the American side on the left.

From the Russian side, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Kremlin Aide Yury Ushakov are at the negotiating table.

Opposite them are three US negotiators: President Donald Trump's national security advisor Mike Waltz, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the US leader's special envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff.

Representatives of Saudi Arabia sit at the head of the table.

CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev is also present. He made a number of comments to the press after the talks began.

Representatives of the Russian and American media were simultaneously led to the meeting venue, with Russian and US journalists waiting in different parts of the building. The press entered the room when the negotiators were already seated at the table.

The meeting is being held in one of the royal family's palaces, Diriyah in the Albasateen complex. Flags of Russia, the United States and Saudi Arabia are displayed at the entrance, and a purple carpet is laid out.

As the high-level Russian-American talks began in Saudi Arabia, this report notes, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced: “Russia remains committed to a peaceful resolution of the Ukraine conflict and is ready to hold direct talks between President Putin and Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky, despite having doubts about the latter’s legitimacy”—an announcement joined by top German lawmaker Sergey Lagodinsky claiming: “President Donald Trump has proposed a three-stage road map to Russia on settling the Ukraine conflict...The plan includes a ceasefire followed by elections in Ukraine, and finally the signing of a final agreement”.

For reasons unknown, this report continues, unelected usurper Ukraine Dictator Vladimir Zelensky arrived announced in Saudi Arabia neighbor United Arab Emirates yesterday, quickly after which he arrived announced in Turkey—sometime during his frantic travels yesterday, Zelensky ordered a drone strike on the Kropotkinskaya pipeline pumping station operated by the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), that is a critical infrastructure component that primarily facilitates the export of Kazakh oil – much of which is produced by American and European companies—and was an attack that caused Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev to most factually observe: “Trump has publicly declared his intention to lower oil prices...An attack on the oil consortium risks halting deliveries, destabilizing the market, increasing price volatility, and directly harming American companies...The Caspian Pipeline Consortium attack represents a triple blow to American businesses, the oil market, and Trump himself”.

In response to the high-level Russian-American talks in Saudi Arabia, this report details, socialist European leaders convened what has been branded as the “Summit of Losers”, about which CEO Armin Papperger of German arms giant Rheinmetall assessed: “If parents have dinner, the kids have to sit at another table...The United States is negotiating with Russia and no European is at the table – it has become very clear that the Europeans are the kids”.

Going unnoticed by Dictator Zelensky as he attacks Western pipelines and the socialist European leaders sitting at the kids table, this report concludes, is the true top priority of President Trump, that was glimpsed this week when United States Northern Command commander General Gregory Guillot revealed about the thousands of combat troops being sent to the Mexican border—is further glimpsed by the CIA massively expanding secret drone flights over Mexico—and it has now been reported: “After two weeks of US Air Force RC-135V/W Rivet Joint reconnaissance aircraft conducting multiple signals intelligence operations along the US-Mexico border and in international waters off southern Baja California—areas controlled by heavily armed drug cartels—the Mexican Senate Commission has approved the deployment of US Special Forces operators to the country for "training missions"”.
