Heart & Lungs

In the upper chest area we find the heart and lungs. The two best aids to have on hand for painful emergencies of the heart and lungs are Lobelia and Cayenne.
Lobelia will end an asthmatic attack in seconds. One or two droppersful directly in the mouth is an effective dose.

A cup of hot cayenne tea will put an end to the worst heart pain. Add 1 teaspoon of cayenne extract to 6 to 8 ounces of hot water and drink.

Ingest 1 teaspoon cayenne extract in a swallow of juice or water or take directly into the mouth. Note: in serious cases the person will hardly notice the heat from
the cayenne extract because they will be numb.

When experiencing pressure over the heart or tightness in the chest, Hawthorne Berry extract works quickly to provide relief. As an excellent cardiac relaxer,
Hawthorne quickly relieves tightness and discomfort. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of the extract to a few ounces of water and drink.
