I’ve declined numerous opportunities for potential millions of investment money because I will only work with (work “for”) people who care at least as much about the people we can help as the money that can be made. I’m very serious about making money, but I’m adamant in my convictions that equal or more priority must be put on “What are we doing? How are we making our money?” I’ve raised investment money on a small scale from customers and have superb relationships as a result – we share the values and vision for what we can do here and why we’re doing it.
And even though many professional venture capital investors have shown up one by one and in their own words stated things to me such as, “You’re sitting on a potential goldmine. I can easily see this company sold for half a billion dollars in five years” and even said they saw possible billion-dollar potential, I refused to even talk terms with them because of my convictions. Those convictions, and my life-and-death commitment to get this product out to tens if not hundreds of millions of people who are suffering, dying, and losing loved ones needlessly, have me deadly serious about the business end of it.
I left school and had the head of the Entrepreneurial Department at Harvard on my Board of Advisors as a mentor when my friends were just starting college. Soon after I had the same attorney and accountant as Steven Jobs of Apple but walked away from that world to pursue my passion for advancing holistic healing.
You can trust me when I tell you I’m serious about the business end. And you’ll see in the links below I’m equally serious about the need for our socio-economic culture to evolve quickly if humankind is to survive and thrive. I’m now in a position to accelerate that evolution while simultaneously raising funding.
I’ve been determined to raise very large money from a handful of very wealthy people who care more about the good we can do than the money. And darned if I haven’t strategically and yet also quite spontaneously and organically emerged into being at the doorway of opening floodgates for exactly that.
Right now, it’s at the tipping point. I’ve got numerous people wanting to work with me at that level, but I have decided to hold them at bay until I get an additional boost of capital in here for infrastructure to throw the switch properly on the close community of rich who are looking to do good in the world.
