These illusions create tensions that give the impression of excitement and glory which is needed due to a diminished ability to receive light and sound energies directly into the body. When the body's ability to receive light and sound is fully operational there is no need for such tensions. Meditation opens the higher chakras. The chakras sit next to each of the endocrine glands. The Pineal Gland is responsible for producing melatonin. The pituitary gland and hypothalamus also produce a group of hormones called melanocyte-stimulating hormones (MSHs) that stimulate melanocytes to produce melanin. Melanin is a conductor of energy (light and sound). All people, regardless of skin tone, produce melanin IF the endocrine glands are functioning properly. The Endocrine glands are controlled by the Chakras.

Once you "believe" you are superior to others, the 3 higher chakras immediately close to the point of mere survival status. Your sphere of compassion becomes limited to just those in your immediate vicinity (Family & friends) and you are unable to learn from those outside of that sphere. By limiting what you can learn, you now lack clarity of mind but because you are convinced of your superiority you are more willing to move forward in error for long periods of time, thus not making any real progress at all. While you are more than willing to harm or destroy all those who fall outside of your sphere of compassion (which is most of the rest of the world) unless they resemble your "image". By the time you would awaken to the programming it would be too late and even your own survival would be destroyed. So the complex has harmed the very one inflicting pain and suffering by retarding its growth and development and leaving to weakened to correct itself in time to deal with Cosmic phenomenon that require the higher chakras be open (The Event), thus ensuring the final destruction of the destroying group that was fooled into believing it was superior.

For instance, most of us are under the illusion that the current culture is worth saving and its history is glorious. But we are unaware of and blind to its errors and colossal faults. We see beauty and "order" but we don't see the garbage and toxic waste of materialism, or how it literally terraforms the planet. We see the comfort and ease of modern day gadgets and inventions and think ourselves "smart and intelligent" but we don't see how this "comfort and ease" robs us of vital movement and exercise for our bodies or the garbage and toxic waste this comfort produces or the theft of resources this comfort and ease is created from.
We reject and turn our noses up and anything that we don't understand or that doesn't fit into our narrative only to take centuries to correct our understanding thus suffering for lack of true advancement. But because we lack clarity of mind and are blinded by ideology we cannot "see" these things.

Maya....the illusion... it is stronger for some than others, particularly those convinced of their greatness and superiority which is a trick of the malevolent ETs. Why?

Only a highly intelligent ET race could devise and implement such a consciousness program effectively using one group to destroy its own habitat in totality while it was also destroying itself without knowing it and any attempts to examine the programming would create such pain an angst that it would almost be impossible to break out of the programming.

The saying goes "you can't take it with you" yet most don't want to live with "it" and that "it" is materialism and all of its waste and by products.

A fully conscious being is not stressed at things because they do not pay attention it is because they are not attached to what they see going on. They can look at things unemotionally.
