Ukraine reportedly makes its first strike inside Russia with U.S.-made ATACMS ballistic missiles. Ukrainian Armed Forces source claims missile targeted military facility near Karachev in Russia. Missile was reportedly ‘successfully hit’. Karachev is located about 130 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Earlier, Joe Biden authorised Ukraine to use long-range missiles to strike Russia.

My comment:
This new US missile can only be operated by US soldiers because of the technical training required, and is directly connected to the US satellite system to give it better accuracy.
Since this is the case, it is a US/NATO weapon and no longer being launched solely by the Ukrainians. This point was stated by Putin in the past 24 hours, as he updated the Russian nuclear response protocol.
