Trump's actions resemble those of the last White Leader tasked by the Son of Man to shut down the Times of the Gentiles but fails in the Book of Enoch. It is because of his failure and refusal to bring the Times of Gentile dominance to an end that the Son of Man uses the Chinese and Russians and one other to bring about the subjugation of the Americans who become captives.

One faction of Americans are allowed to leave the planet and establish a breakaway civilization in space on the condition that they stop warmongering and give up all armaments.
